1 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 4 eggs 4 bananas 1 cup chopped pecans 1 grated apple 4 tbsp. maple syrup 1 scoop Kaizen® Naturals™ Whey Protein Cinnamon Bun 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda
Makes 8-10 muffins
- In a blender, add all ingredients except the pecans. Blend until smooth and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Stir in the pecans and divide into a greased muffin tin. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes and enjoy!
