Berry Chia Pudding
  • Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
    4 tbsp. white chia seeds
    1 tsp. pure maple syrup
    1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean
      your choice of fresh mixed berries
  • Recipe
    1. In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and whey isolate.
    2. Pour mixture into a small glass jar and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
    3. Serve pudding with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
