- Chop the almonds, brazil nuts, and pecans into rough pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the maple syrup and coconut oil.
- In a sauce pan, melt the coconut oil and the maple syrup.
- Pour over the dry mix and roast on a baking sheet on the middle rack 300°F for 1 hour.
