Big Nuts Granola

    24 almonds
    16 brazil nuts
    16 macadamias
    4 tbsp. sunflower seeds
    4 tsp. chia seeds
    4 tsp. sesame seeds
    30 g dried apple
    30 g dried apricot
    2 tbsp. maple syrup
    1 tbsp. coconut oil

    1. Chop the almonds, brazil nuts, and pecans into rough pieces.
    2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the maple syrup and coconut oil.
    3. In a sauce pan, melt the coconut oil and the maple syrup.
    4. Pour over the dry mix and roast on a baking sheet on the middle rack 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
