1 medium mason jar or any glass jar that seals 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats 1 tsp. chia seeds 1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Decadent Chocolate Whey Protein or Vegan Chocolate Flavour Protein 2 tbsp. organic vanilla yogurt 6 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk 1 tsp. maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
fresh bananas fresh blueberries fresh berries chopped walnuts chopped dried figs or apricots
- Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, place desired toppings on top and enjoy on your way to work or at home.
