1 ripe avocado 1 tsp. maple syrup 3-4 tbsp. vanilla almond milk or coconut milk 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder 2 scoops Kaizen® NaturalsTM Decadent Chocolate Whey Protein
Makes 2 servings
Place all ingredients (except the vanilla almond milk) into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the food processor occasionally. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla almond milk while blending. Continue adding vanilla almond milk until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
Place in individual serving cups and enjoy!
