Morning Glory Waffle
  • Ingredients
    4 tbsp. almond or oat flour
    1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey Isolate Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean
    1 tsp. true cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs (you can also use 4 egg whites)
    4-6 tbsp. unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • Recipe
    1. Heat waffle iron / skillet and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
    3. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until “cooked” light indicates waffles are ready.
    4. Serve with almond butter, warmed fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
