4 tbsp. almond or oat flour 1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey Isolate in Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean 1 tsp. true cinnamon 1 tsp. baking powder 3 eggs (you can also use 4 egg whites) 4-6 tbsp. unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- Heat waffle iron / skillet and spray with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Whisk all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until “cooked” light indicates waffles are ready.
- Serve with almond butter, warmed fruit and a drizzle of pure maple syrup.
