Protein Pancakes
  • Ingredients
    2 whole farm fresh eggs
    3 tbsp. oat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2-4 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
    1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean

    Toppings (optional)

      fresh blueberries
      fresh Strawberries
      banana slices
      almond butter
      maple syrup
  • Recipe
    1. Whisk all ingredients together in small mixing bowl.
    2. Heat skillet over medium heat with coconut oil.
    3. Drop 1/3 cup portions onto skillet. When bubbles appear throughout pancake, it is ready to flip.
    4. Once fully cooked, remove from pan and top with desired toppings.
