- In medium sauce pan, include oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
- Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey or Vegan Protein. Stir until combined.
- Pour oatmeal in bowl, and add fruits and toppings.
