Warm Berry Oatmeal
  • Ingredients
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk
    1/2 cup filtered water
    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/4 cup strawberries
    1/4 cup blackberries
    1 tsp. true cinnamon
    pinch sea salt
    1 tsp. coconut oil
    1 tsp. raw honey (optional)
    1 scoop Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey Protein Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean Flavour

    Toppings (optional)

      dried fruit


  • Recipe
    1. In medium sauce pan, include oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
    2. Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Kaizen® NaturalsTM Whey or Vegan Protein. Stir until combined.
    3. Pour oatmeal in bowl, and add fruits and toppings.
