1/4 cup popcorn kernels 1 1/2 tbsp. ghee or avocado oil 3 tbsp. ghee (separate to above) 1 tsp. matcha 1 tsp. maple syrup

- In a medium saucepan, melt the ghee. Once the heat is at a medium level, add 2 kernels of corn and give them a minute to pop. This ensures the oil is hot enough. Once the kernels pop, add remaining kernels and place the lid on. Shake every 30 seconds, until all kernels have popped.
- In a separate pan, once the popcorn has popped, melt and mix the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle over the popcorn.
