Favourite Way to Sweat
Ashley loves to run! Previously a two-a-day gym go-er with a love for weight lifting, Ashley has now found a love for running after completing her first 5 km race three years ago. Since then, running has become her outlet for staying in shape and taking care of her mental health. You can also find Ashley doing hot yoga a couple times a week to stretch and work on her flexibility.

Ashley's greatest accomplishment is becoming a Mother. She believes that it has changed her in so many ways and motivated her to stay healthy for the right reasons rather than having that "beach body". Now, Ashley strives to stay healthy so that she has the energy to be the best Mom and Wife that she can for her family.

To Ashley, living your best life means surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, people who support and grow with you. It means waking up and listing three things that you are grateful for, having a slow start to the day, and listening to a motivational podcast while getting ready is a huge in order to start your day on a positive note.
