Chris began his fitness journey at a young age when he started playing pop warner football. He wanted to be in optimal shape in order to perform at his best. So, in the 5th grade, Chris began running sprints to get ready for the season. Never willing to give up on his dreams, Chris put himself on his first diet plan in the 8th grade. He admits that it may not have been the best plan, but it felt legit at the time. Now, Chris has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of South Dakota. After years of hard work and consistent training, Chris has played his first season in the CFL with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Favourite Way to Sweat
Chris’s favourite way to get in a good sweat is by doing sprints or squats.
Favourite Way to Recover Post-Workout
Chris’s post-workout routine consists of stretching and rolling out in order to keep his muscles loose.
Chris considers his greatest accomplishment to be playing on the first football team in the school’s history at USD. They were able to make it to the FCS playoffs and a win a playoff game. He, of course, also considers signing with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to be a huge accomplishment.
Living Your Best Life
