Growing up in Mississauga, Megan had always loved to dance. After graduating from high school, she moved to Vancouver to study dance at Simon Fraser University. Alongside her dance career, she also began falling in love with different movement disciplines outside of dance that supported what she was doing in the studio. She realized that her degree in movement could help her to offer a unique approach to teaching fitness. Now, Megan is certified in lagree, spin, barre, pilates, and other specialty certifications, such as the pre- and post-natal and core specialist program through Bellies Inc. Additionally, Megan frequently sits in on other training opportunities to advance her teaching. Even with all the time spent advancing her craft, Megan still finds time for dance parties, wine tastings, recipe testing, and puppies.

Megan considers her greatest accomplishment to be dancing her way through Europe for eight weeks. She participated in eight workshops in eight different cities, met incredible people, and saw some incredible places. But she also believes the best is yet to come.
