Mikayla is a proud new mom, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a fitness nutritionist. As a former professional dancer, fitness has always been a part of Mikayla's life, but it was after her first bikini competition at the age of 17 that she decided it would also become her career. Now, Mikayla is able to use her knowledge and passion for living a healthy lifestyle to help others accomplish the same.

Mikayla's favourite thing to train is legs. Some of her favourite exercises include: hip thrusts, standing abductors, sumo deadlifts, and Bulgarian split squats.
Favourite Way to Recover Post-Workout
Mikayla's post-workout routine involves listening to some calming music and stretching with her eyes closed.
Mikayla considers her greatest accomplishment to be having the opportunity to model for a company called Ignite. It was a goal of hers, and once accomplished, Mikayla felt an immense sense of pride in herself and her work.

To Mikayla, living your best life means doing what she loves with her daughter by her side. It means being happy inside and out and not needing approval.
