Almond flour (use the protein powder scoop) |

Skim milk or non-dairy milk of choice |

Coconut oil |
Directions:
- In a bowl, use a power blender to mix together all ingredients (except for the coconut oil) until mixture thickens slightly.
- Heat coconut oil in a large non-stick pan.
- Pour in half recipe (or amount of mixture to create pancakes of desired size).
- Cook 5 minutes each side (flipping carefully once with a large spatula).
- Top with diced strawberries and sugar-free maple syrup, and enjoy! Can be refrigerated and reheated for use later too.
Makes two servings.
