Alessia is an established finance professional who has made a pivotal shift in her life to pursue her passion and launch www.ASculptBody.com, an online fitness platform with low impact bodyweight sculpting workouts you can do from anywhere.
Alessia found fitness in 2011, when she attended a workout class held in honour of her Mom, who passed away from skin cancer a few months prior. Fast forward several years, and Alessia squeezed in workouts whenever she could – before work, over lunch, after work – despite her demanding finance job. She looked forward to them daily and realized she wanted to help others feel good too.
From there, Alessia created A Sculpt Body. She understands first-hand what it’s like to work a corporate job with long-days, urgent deadlines, and constant stress. She believes that we can lead busy lives and still make time to take care of ourselves, and makes working out fun, uplifting, and energizing, so you actually want *WANT* to prioritize it in your busy day.
Through A Sculpt Body, Alessia shows you how easy it is, and how good it feels, to incorporate movement into your everyday life.
