Clara is a 21-year-old Canadian food blogger and photographer who loves to create. As a yoga and barre instructor, Clara loves to share recipes for foods that are nourishing, delicious, and fuel a healthy lifestyle.

Clara loves a good yoga flow, barre class, or dance. Lately, she has been mixing it up with partner acrobatics, contortion, and aerial silks as well.

Clara considers her greatest accomplishment to be completing her yoga teacher training. It was something that she had wanted to do from a young age and she felt blessed to have the opportunity to experience so much learning in a field that she loves.
