Emily’s number one tip for recovery is to meditate in your happy place. She also loves to refuel with a green juice or fruity smoothie.
Emily considers her greatest accomplishment to be launching the cookie company, Conscious Cookie Co, with her sister. It is a high-protein, vegan, and allergen-free cookie made with real ingredients. A near second for Emily is becoming a fitness instructor and hosting her own movement and meditation retreat in Bali.
