Hot Cocoa Cookies
|1 cup||oat flour|
|2 scoops||Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Chocolate|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1 1/2 cups||almond milk|
|1/3 cup||chocolate chips|
- Preheat the oven to 375 and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, protein, baking powder, salt, and cocoa in a large bowl until evenly distributed. Add in the almond milk and stir to form a thick batter, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop by heaping spoonful onto the cookie sheet and bake for 10 mins.
