|1 cup||ripe banana, mashed|
|1/2 cup||sunflower seed butter, room temperature|
|1/4 cup||maple syrup|
|1/4 cup||coconut milk|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1/3 cup||cocoa powder|
|1/4 cup||Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Chocolate|
|1/4 tsp||kosher salt|
|Optional add ins:||chocolate chips, nuts|
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine banana, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, coconut milk and vanilla until smooth. Add in the cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt. Mix until smooth. Fold in optional add ins if using.
- Spread into a prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set in the middle. Remove from the oven and let cool. Enjoy!
