Warm Berry Oatmeal
|1/2 cup||steel cut oats|
|1/2 cup||unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk|
|1/2 cup||filtered water|
|1 tsp||true cinnamon|
|1 tsp||coconut oil|
|1 tsp||raw honey (optional)|
|1 scoop||Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean|
- In medium sauce pan, include oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon and sea salt. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
- Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Kaizen Naturals® Whey or Vegan Protein.
- Stir until combined.
- Pour oatmeal in bowl, and add fruits and toppings.
