Big Nuts Granola
|4 tbsp||sunflower seeds|
|4 tsp||chia seeds|
|4 tsp||sesame seeds|
|30 g||dried apple|
|30 g||dried apricot|
|2 tbsp||maple syrup|
|1 tbsp||coconut oil|
- Chop the almonds, brazil nuts, and pecans into rough pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl except the maple syrup and coconut oil.
- In a sauce pan, melt the coconut oil and the maple syrup.
- Pour over the dry mix and roast on a baking sheet on the middle rack 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
