Berry Chia Pudding
|1 1/2 cup||vanilla almond milk|
|4 tbsp||white chia seeds|
|1 tsp||pure maple syrup|
|1 scoop||Kaizen Naturals® Whey Isolate Vanilla Bean|
|your choice of fresh mixed berries|
- In a bowl, combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and whey isolate.
- Pour mixture into a small glass jar and chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- Serve pudding with fresh berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
