Chocolate Protein Pudding

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
1 tsp maple syrup
3-4 tbsp vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 scoops Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate

Recipe

Makes 2 servings

  1. Place all ingredients (except the vanilla almond milk) into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the food processor occasionally.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla almond milk while blending. Continue adding vanilla almond milk until you reach a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Place in individual serving cups and enjoy!
