|1/2 cup||raw cashew, sunflower or almond butter|
|3 tbsp||pure maple syrup or raw honey|
|pinch||sea or Himalayan salt|
|2/3 cup||Kaizen Naturals® Whey Protein Decadent Chocolate or Vanilla Bean (you can also use Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein for vegan truffles)|
|crushed cacao nibs|
|crushed hemp hearts|
|mini organic dark chocolate chips|
|finely chopped nuts|
Makes 6 truffles
- Add all ingredients (except the optional coatings) into a mixing bowl and combine until well-blended. If the mixture seems too wet, add quick oats or more protein powder.
- Scoop approximately 1 ½ tbsp. of the mixture into your hands and roll into truffle balls.
- Roll in desired coatings and place on a lined cookie sheet. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
- Store truffles in lined glass or plastic container and place in refrigerator.
