Low Sugar Chocolate Zucchini Smoothie Bowl
|1 cup||chopped zucchini|
|1-1 1/2 cups||frozen cauliflower (depending on preferred smoothie consistency)|
|3/4-1 cup||cashew milk (depending on preferred smoothie consistency)|
|1 scoop||Kaizen Naturals® Vegan Protein Decadent Chocolate|
|1 tbsp||cacao or cocoa powder|
|1 tbsp||cashew butter|
|1 small thumb||fresh ginger|
Makes 1 serving
- Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice (ex. fresh fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips).
